    Depart downtown Toronto

    Pickup near Union Station. The drive along the lake doubles as the story of how the region was surveyed and settled.

  2. 10:00 AM

    Niagara Falls viewing

    Time at the brink, plus the parts of the Falls story that the souvenir shops skip: the power canals, the daredevils, the treaties.

  3. 11:30 AM

    Niagara-on-the-Lake

    A walk through the old capital of Upper Canada, with lunch on your own along Queen Street.

  4. 1:30 PM

    Reif Estate Winery & benchland tastings

    Reif Estate Winery is one of Niagara-on-the-Lake's founding family wineries. Klaus W. Reif — a friend of Toronto Story Tours — welcomes our guests for a guided tasting, followed by a cool-climate Chardonnay producer and a small-batch icewine cellar.

    Return to Toronto

    Back downtown by about 7:00 PM, with a bottle or two if the tastings persuaded you.
