A private Toronto Christmas tour

Toronto Winter Festival of Lights brings together City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square, the Distillery District, Yorkville, Kringlewood, Forest Hill and Casa Loma in one considered Christmas lights evening. Travel in your own Cadillac SUV, with pickup arranged and time for the displays that interest your party.

A luxury evening tour of Toronto, at your pace

A private vehicle, city stories and a warming Glühwein stop make this a relaxed alternative to a shared Christmas sightseeing tour. The suggested three-hour route runs from 6:30 to 9:30 PM; the final itinerary, stops and arrangements are confirmed with your proposal.

2026 event dates are to be announced. Displays vary by date; Cavalcade programming, Distillery access and any Casa Loma admission are confirmed separately. This itinerary does not promise fireworks, skating or admission to ticketed events.

The evening's highlights

City Hall & Nathan Phillips Square

Toronto's civic heart at its most magical. The famous Toronto sign glows against the towers of City Hall, the official Christmas tree rises over the square, and skaters circle the rink beneath the Cavalcade of Lights — a tradition that has brightened the city since 1967.

The Distillery District

Victorian brick lanes strung with thousands of lights, a towering Christmas tree, and the warm glow of cafés and craft shops. Toronto's most atmospheric Christmas setting — cobblestones, carols and the scent of roasted chestnuts in the air.

Yorkville & Bloor Street

Elegant storefronts, sparkling trees and refined seasonal displays illuminate Toronto's celebrated shopping district. A polished city-centre interlude filled with festive colour and light.

Kringlewood — Inglewood Drive

Toronto's most festive residential street, known for its joyful collection of towering inflatable Santas. Count them as we pass through a neighbourhood tradition that grows brighter each season.

Forest Hill

One of Toronto's grandest old neighbourhoods, where stately homes go all out for the season. Whole streets of elegant houses dressed in lights and garlands — the quiet, residential side of a Toronto Christmas that most visitors never see.

Casa Loma

Toronto's own castle on the hill, floodlit against the winter sky. The gardens and terraces take on a fairytale quality after dark — a spectacular backdrop and the perfect finale to the evening.
