Enquiries are free

Sending a request commits you to nothing. No payment is taken until you approve your proposal.

How booking works

• You send an enquiry with your preferred dates
• We send a tailored proposal
• You approve it
• A deposit confirms your date

Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the total experience price confirms your date. The balance is due 14 days before your experience. Your date is held exclusively for you once the deposit is received. Experiences booked within 14 days of the date are paid in full at confirmation.

Changes

One date change is free when requested at least 14 days before your experience, subject to availability. We are happy to adjust timings, pickup points or the itinerary wherever possible — just let us know as early as you can.

Cancellations and refunds

• 14 days or more before your experience: full refund of everything paid, including the deposit
• 7 to 13 days before: 50% refund of everything paid
• Under 7 days: no refund, as vehicles, guides and reservations are committed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Travel advisors

Trade bookings follow the terms set out in the agency proposal or agreement.

Weather and circumstances beyond our control

If an experience cannot go ahead safely, we will offer another date, an alternative arrangement, or a full refund — your choice.
